Terms of use
These terms cover how you may use this website and what you can expect when you contact Appliance Repair Valdosta about a repair.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Appliance Repair Valdosta ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, requesting a quote or booking a repair through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
2. What this website is for
The site describes the appliance repair services we offer in Valdosta, Georgia and the surrounding area, and gives you a way to get in touch. It is provided for general information only.
Nothing on the site is a binding quote or an offer to perform work at a stated price. A repair is only agreed once we have spoken with you and you have accepted a price for the specific job.
3. Accuracy of the information here
We take care to keep the pages accurate, but appliance faults vary and general descriptions cannot account for every model or situation. Prices, timings, service areas and the details of individual repairs can change without notice.
Any repair guidance on this site is background information, not instructions to follow yourself. Appliances involve mains electricity, gas and water. Do not attempt repairs you are not qualified to carry out. Gas appliance work in particular should only be done by a licensed technician.
4. Bookings, quotes and payment
When you ask us to carry out work:
- A diagnostic fee may apply to the visit, and we will tell you the amount before we attend.
- Repair prices are confirmed after diagnosis and before any parts are fitted.
- Arrival windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, earlier jobs and parts availability.
- Payment is due once the work is complete, using the methods agreed when you booked.
- Cancellations should be made as early as you reasonably can so the slot can be reused.
Warranty cover on parts and labour is explained to you when you book and applies only to the specific work described on your invoice.
5. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
- Copy, republish or resell content from the site without our written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest the site's content or contact details.
- Send us false, misleading or abusive messages through our contact details.
6. Content and trade marks
The text, layout, graphics and design of this site belong to Appliance Repair Valdosta unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in connection with a repair enquiry.
Appliance brand names mentioned on the site are the trade marks of their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe the appliances we service. Their use does not imply that we are affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by those manufacturers.
7. Links to other websites
Where we link to a manufacturer, a parts supplier or another third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information.
8. Limits on our liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from information you relied on here, or from the site being unavailable.
This does not limit our responsibility for the repair work we actually carry out, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited under Georgia or federal law.
9. Your information
When you call or email us we collect only what we need to arrange and complete a repair, such as your name, address, phone number, email and a description of the fault. We use it to schedule the visit, source parts, issue an invoice and follow up on warranty questions.
We do not sell your information. If you would like to know what we hold about you or want it removed from our records, email info@appliancerepairvaldosta.com and we will deal with the request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute connected with the site or our services will be handled by the courts serving Lowndes County, Georgia.
