Who we are
A small team of appliance technicians who live and work in South Georgia.
Local, not a call centre
When you phone us you reach someone who knows where Remerton ends and Hahira begins. That means realistic arrival windows instead of a vague promise to be there sometime this week.
Repair first, replace last
Most faults come down to one worn part: a door seal, a drain pump, a thermostat, an igniter. We tell you plainly when a repair makes sense and when the machine has reached the end of its life.
Priced before we start
You get the full cost of parts and labour before any tool comes out of the van. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay the diagnostic fee and nothing else.
How a repair works
Four steps, from your first call to a working appliance.
You call
Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it is doing. That is usually enough for us to bring the likely parts with us.
We diagnose
A technician tests the machine at your home and finds the actual cause, not just the symptom you can see.
You approve the price
We quote parts and labour as one figure. Nothing is fitted and nothing is charged until you say yes.
We repair and test
The fix is completed, the appliance is run through a full cycle, and we clear up before we leave.

Questions we get asked
Straight answers about how we work.
Do you charge to come out and look?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for the visit and the testing that goes with it.
If you go ahead with the repair, that fee is applied toward the final bill. We confirm the amount on the phone before we book you in, so there is no surprise at the door.
Which brands can you service?
All major residential brands sold in the United States.
That includes Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Bosch, KitchenAid and Amana. Tell us the model number when you call and we can check parts availability before the visit.
How soon can someone get here?
Often the same day, depending on when you call and where you are.
Cooling failures move to the front of the queue because food is at risk. We give you an arrival window rather than an open-ended day.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we supply and the labour to fit them are both covered.
If the same fault comes back inside the warranty period, we return and deal with it. Ask for the exact terms when you book.
Should I repair this or buy a new one?
We will tell you honestly, even when the answer costs us the job.
As a rule, if the repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable new appliance and the unit is past ten years old, replacement is usually the better decision.
Tell us what the appliance is doing and we will tell you what happens next.
